Replicate C-g for each cursor to allow region deactivation

Now that the initial region state of each cursor is being
recorded (the region-active property of each cursor) and replicated,
C-g no longer needs to be dropped from the macro execution.

This eliminates any issues and inconsistencies caused by silently
dropping this event from the macro.
